You want to ask him about concrete before it sets, the muddy and liquid form.

You want to ask about the moment concrete, gravel and water meet.

You want to ask him about the moment the chemical reaction begins.

You want to ask him what he knows about roads, and curbs, about molds and gravel, about water and limestone, about arches, vaults and domes.

You want to ask him about formless states, forms before forms, futures ghosts with future moments.

You want to ask him about the space you’re in, the moment when this space became here.
