PROJECT: Cultural Center

The project is based on a solution of extension, reusing, and reinventing to define Zurich water front through a cultural building and creation of a landscape area.

The intention of the proposal is to create a continuation of the street leading to the landscape and lake; consequently we generate a building which is cut towards the city shaping channels, and creeps heading to the water, attracting the citizens to make use of the area. We want to achieve an architecture which works as a link between natural elements and urban area.

According to the functions the form is adjusted to create roof slopes for pedestrian and landscape in order to integrate with its surroundings.
